Executive Director-Land Transportation & Supply Chain Solution

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall operational stabilization across Land Transportation and Supply chain & Solution Act as the central control tower for project governance, risk management, and capacity planning. Ensure end-to-end visibility of backlog, resource capacity, operational issues, and escalation management. Drive integration and alignment between commercial, operations, and implementation readiness. Lead cross-functional coordination across Contract Logistics, Land Transportation, and business development-related implementation teams. Regularly review business unit and project performance, including P&L results and major implementation milestones. Ensure disciplined execution, business continuity, and operational readiness across the Land Transportation and Supply Chain Solution segment. Build management bench strength and strengthen leadership capability across Land Transportation and Supply Chain Solution organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 15 years extensive experience in Land Transportation operations and Supply Chain Solution, preferably within complex, multi-site environments. Proven track record in operational leadership, project governance, and P&L management. Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across commercial and operational teams. Experience in leading large-scale implementations and transformation initiatives is highly desirable. Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams.
