Job Description: Manage end-to-end air export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline, customs, and destination country requirements. Prepare and process export documents including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related shipping documents. Coordinate air freight bookings with airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents to secure space and meet shipment deadlines. Monitor booking status, flight schedules, cargo acceptance cut-offs, and shipment departures. Verify customer shipping instructions and ensure all export documentation is complete and accurately entered into the system. Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company SOPs, aviation security, and export regulations. Process profit-share billing for origin and destination offices and maintain up-to-date daily records in operational tracking logs. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Strong knowledge of air export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, customs declarations, and shipping procedures. Experience in airline booking, cargo scheduling, and coordination with carriers and overseas agents. Familiarity with freight forwarding systems and operational software. Excellent attention to detail with strong document verification and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments simultaneously, and meet strict shipping deadlines. Able to work in shift condition.
