Business Analyst Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Platform Delivery Management team and help transform complex business requirements into practical digital solutions. Key Responsibility: Analyze and translate business requirements into process flows, system interactions, and user stories. Design and document BPMN workflows, data requirements, and business rules. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support Sprint & Squad execution by clarifying requirements and resolving functional issues. Define test scenarios and lead UAT / functional validation to ensure quality and business alignment. Analyze system logs, transaction data, and user feedback to identify process improvements and system inefficiencies. Support end-to-end delivery of digital products from requirements through implementation. Key Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Analyst in digital/technology environments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience with mobile applications, e-commerce, digital loyalty, or fintech solutions. Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON. Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
