About the role We are seeking an HR Specialist I to join our team at our Manila Operations Center (MOA) in Pasay City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis . This is an urgent placement opportunity to support our rapidly expanding operations in the Philippines. As an HR Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive human resources services to our workforce. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of employee engagement, compliance, and organisational effectiveness whilst supporting the strategic objectives of Teleperformance in the region. Key responsibilities Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with local regulations and company policies Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, leave management, and other entitlements Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters Assist in the coordination of training and development programmes to support employee growth and career advancement Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation administration Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a professional and timely manner Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve organisational processes and employee experience Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR documentation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field At least 6 months of related experience with experience in facilitating admin hearing/s and issuing corrective actions is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, or benefits administration is highly desirable Certification in HR management or related professional credentials is preferred What we offer At Teleperformance, we are committed to supporting our employees with competitive benefits and a positive work environment.
