About the role We are seeking an experienced Regional Raw Material Sourcing Specialist – Savoury to support and drive regional sourcing activities for savoury raw materials across multiple markets. This role will focus on supplier sourcing, market analysis, cost optimization, supplier development, and supply continuity to support the company's manufacturing and business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and local procurement teams to develop a competitive and reliable raw material supply base. Key responsibilities Manage sourcing activities for savoury raw materials and ingredients across the region Identify, evaluate, and develop new local and international suppliers Conduct RFQ/RFP, quotation analysis, supplier benchmarking, and commercial negotiations Support regional sourcing projects and supplier selection based on cost, quality, capacity, service, and supply reliability Consolidate regional requirements to leverage purchasing volume and improve commercial competitiveness Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers Conduct supplier evaluation based on cost, quality, delivery, capacity, technical capability, and service Monitor raw material prices, commodity trends, market conditions, supply-demand dynamics, and cost drivers Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternative suppliers, specification optimization, volume consolidation, and sourcing strategies Monitor availability and potential supply risks for critical raw materials and develop alternative sourcing strategies and contingency plans About you Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain Experience in raw material or food ingredient sourcing is highly preferred Experience in savoury ingredients, food ingredients, seasoning, flavouring, sauces, spices, or related categories is an advantage Regional or international sourcing experience is preferred Strong supplier management and negotiation skills Good understanding of raw material markets, pricing, and cost structures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability Good command of English, both written and spoken
