About the Role The Sales & Marketing Manager (National Sales Manager – Over-the-Counter (OTC)) is responsible for leading national sales strategy and execution within the OTC healthcare segment at DKSH. This role drives sustainable business growth, strengthens client and customer partnerships, and ensures the sales team delivers measurable results across the independent drugstore channel. What You Will Deliver Develop and define comprehensive business plans and marketing strategies aligned with clients' global guidelines to drive national sales performance. Control overall expenditure in line with client-agreed budgets to ensure financial discipline and accountability. Deliver monthly reports, business reviews, and market opportunity analyses to clients in support of product and market development decisions. Monitor and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity, collaboration, and overall team effectiveness. Lead and direct key team members in the implementation of agreed strategies and tactical plans. Design and manage the sales team incentive scheme with prior client approval and oversee performance evaluation processes. Ensure sufficient product inventory through accurate forecasting and manage stock carrying in accordance with client and company agreements. Strengthen and sustain close relationships with key customers to support long-term business partnerships. Manage internal operational arrangements and resolve critical business issues to ensure continuity and operational efficiency. Develop and oversee territory management, sales force effectiveness, and call management initiatives to enhance field performance and drive growth. Lead the team in upholding company compliance standards and regulatory requirements. Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required. What You Bring Strong knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, with particular expertise in the Over-the-Counter (OTC) segment and the independent drugstore channel. Demonstrated managerial capability with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex and dynamic business environments. Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage client and customer relationships.
