About the role We are seeking an experienced Head of Service Sales – Industrial Solutions to lead the service and aftermarket business, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability through lifecycle services, maintenance solutions, spare parts, upgrades, retrofit projects, and service contracts. The successful candidate will develop the service sales strategy, lead the sales team, expand the installed-base business, and build strong relationships with key industrial customers. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the overall service sales and aftermarket strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets Lead the service sales team in developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts Drive sales growth through installed-base management, customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industrial customers and strategic accounts Lead customer negotiations and support the team in preparing commercial proposals and service solutions Grow the aftermarket business through spare parts, preventive and corrective maintenance, service contracts, equipment upgrades, retrofit and modernization, technical support, field service, and lifecycle management solutions Develop customer-specific lifecycle strategies to maximize customer value and recurring revenue Lead, coach, and develop the service sales team to achieve business targets Own the service sales pipeline, sales forecast, revenue, and gross margin performance Develop strategic relationships with major industrial customers and conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to identify future opportunities About you Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, service sales, aftermarket sales, or technical business development At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership or management position Strong experience in electrical products, industrial equipment, power systems, automation, or engineering solutions Strong knowledge and commercial experience with Low Voltage (LV) and/or Medium Voltage (MV) products and solutions Experience with service sales, aftermarket business, lifecycle services, retrofit, modernization, maintenance solutions, or installed-base management Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets Strong experience managing key accounts and complex B2B sales cycles Strong commercial, negotiation, and business development skills Excellent leadership and people-management capabilities
