Building Supervisor

About the role As a Supervisor at Taurus Property, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects in and around Perth, WA 6000. This is a full-time position that involves managing teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and collaborating with various contractors and staff to deliver successful construction outcomes. Key responsibilities Supervising and coordinating construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites Communicating regularly with contractors, staff and clients, to provide updates and address concerns Overseeing the allocation of resources, including equipment, materials, and labour, to optimise productivity Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities and progress About you Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure project success Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and the ability to ensure compliance Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools About us Taurus Property is a leading renovation company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
