About the role We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business units by aligning HR strategies and initiatives with operational and organizational goals. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, and other people-related concerns. Key responsibilities Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand operational needs and provide appropriate HR solutions. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, disciplinary concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee engagement, coaching, and people development. Support workforce planning, organizational structure, manpower requirements, and succession planning. Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company standards. Monitor employee concerns, engagement, retention, and workplace trends and recommend appropriate interventions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions. Handle employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Analyze HR data and trends to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement. Support organizational change initiatives and help drive a positive and high-performing work culture. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar strategic HR role. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is preferred, but candidates with strong BPO/shared services HRBP experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong background in employee relations, performance management, labor relations, organizational development, and stakeholder management. Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong ability to work with leaders and employees across different levels of the organization. Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional, personable, and confident in engaging with different stakeholders.
