Quality Assurance Engineer Job Responsibilities: Inspect and control the quality of raw materials, products, and production processes in accordance with established standards. Establish, review, and improve quality inspection standards to reduce issues in the production process. Analyze and evaluate statistical data to identify and resolve quality problems in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with the Production team to identify solutions and improve production processes to meet quality standards. Prepare quality inspection reports and provide recommendations for process improvement to management and relevant departments. Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to resolve issues related to raw material quality. Develop and continuously improve product quality inspection and testing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields). At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) in a related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use statistical analysis tools. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, BRC, or other relevant quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
