About the role ZUS Coffee is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role supports the day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and assistance with month-end closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail and F&B environment. Key responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Prepare, verify, and process invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of accounting documents in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements. Assist with tax-related tasks such as withholding tax (WHT), VAT reporting. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Supply chain) and external parties (vendors, auditors) to resolve accounting discrepancies. Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks, data entry, and process improvement initiatives. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in accounting or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Basic understanding of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations (VAT/WHT), and general bookkeeping principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Express, or similar ERP systems) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills in Thai; working proficiency in English is an advantage. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
