Love working outdoors? Join one of Australia's leading wholesale plant nurseries! We're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Staff to join our client's growing team in Devon Meadows . Successful applicants may be placed within either our Nursery Production or Despatch (Pick & Pack) team depending on business needs and your suitability. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Depending on your assigned team, your duties may include: Transplanting, potting and staking plants Picking and packing plant orders Moving plants and nursery stock around site Driving electric buggies towing small trailers (full training provided - no licence required) Working accurately from picking lists and production schedules Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail Working closely with supervisors and the production team What We're Looking For Available Monday to Friday Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good English reading and communication skills High attention to detail Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Own reliable transport and driver's licence (no public transport available) Horticulture or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential Working Hours Depending on the team you join: Nursery Production Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Despatch Rotating roster between 6:30am and 7:00pm (Monday to Friday) Availability to work every second Sunday during September and October (8:00am - 2:00pm) Overtime available during peak periods What's On Offer $32.67 per hour Overtime opportunities Full on-the-job training Friendly and supportive team Work with one of Australia's leading wholesale plant nurseries Potential ongoing and permanent opportunities for high performers Apply Now If you're reliable, enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
