Position: Process Improvement Officer (59341) Business: International Trading firm for products of standard components for Press tool, Mould Die, Factory Automation. Working Location: Pluakdaeng, Rayong. Working Date & Time: Monday - Friday/ 09.00 - 18.00 Salary: 30,000 THB -40,000 THB About the role This role focuses on process improvement, data analysis, reporting, and automation support. You will work across operational data management, dashboard development, and process optimization initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce manual work. Key responsibilities Support process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement Assist in documenting current processes and preparing process flow diagrams Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Support implementation and monitoring of process improvement actions Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple sources Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel Monitor business KPIs and provide regular performance reporting Develop and maintain automated reporting tools using Excel and VBA Build templates and standardized reporting formats Coordinate with users and business teams to gather reporting requirements About you Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics , or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Reporting, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL , including Query, Join, and Aggregate. Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation. Basic understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts . Basic experience with Power BI and data visualization . Familiarity with REST API / JSON is a plus. Basic knowledge of Git / GitHub is a plus. Interest in AI / LLM tools and willingness to learn new technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in Process Improvement .
