Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications Essential 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using HRIS or payroll systems Desirable Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes Experience using Employment Hero Key Competencies Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information Customer-focused approach to responding to enquiries promptly, professionally, and helpfully Accuracy and attention to detail when preparing documentation and maintaining data Initiative in anticipating needs, following up proactively, and recommending improvements Teamwork and collaboration across HR and the wider business Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and variation letters. Coordinate employee onboarding, including induction scheduling, IT and system access requests, and probation tracking. Complete pre-employment requirements, including reference checks, right-to-work verification, and police checks, where applicable. HR Administration and Records Management Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS and personnel files. Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Prepare employment verification letters, policy acknowledgements, exit paperwork, and other HR documents. Monitor and manage the shared HR inbox, escalating complex matters as required. Payroll and Benefits Support Provide payroll teams with accurate and timely information regarding new employees, terminations, and employment changes. Compliance and Reporting Track mandatory training, licences, visas, and certifications. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports covering headcount, employee turnover, leave liabilities, and other HR metrics. Support audits and maintain document control for HR policies and procedures. General HR Support Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives. Organise training sessions, employee events, and internal communications. Contribute to improvements in HR processes, systems, and templates. Key Relationships Collaborate with Workplace Health and Safety, payroll teams, hiring managers, and employees across all organizational levels.
