Demand Planning Analyst

General Responsibilities Planning Process Support Join the development team & support tailoring to the Thailand market for automation tools for generating demand forecasts using appropriate forecasting methodologies and adapt them across different brands with varying demand patterns. Automate recurring planning reports and KPI tracking to reduce manual workload and improve reporting efficiency. Analyze historical sales, forecast performance, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities. Support demand and supply planning activities through digitalization and process automation using SQL, VBA, Power BI, AI models, and other technologies. Dashboard Development Collaborate with the internal Power BI team to develop and enhance demand planning dashboards and reporting solutions. Gather business requirements from planning, sales, and supply chain stakeholders and translate them into meaningful dashboard functionalities. Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights through effective visualization Data Quality Management Manage, consolidate, and organize large volumes of raw data from multiple internal and external sources using SQL, VBA, Power BI, or other analytical tools. Support master data maintenance activities, including product hierarchy, customer mapping, and planning attributes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve overall data governance practices. Qualification Bachelor’s degree minimum; data analytics, business administration, and other degrees with fair mathematical understanding. Able to do queries, and Power BI is a must, and other tools would be a plus. Experience with using data analytics and reporting automation is preferred. Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
