Manage overall sales operations and strategies in Thailand. The incumbent is expected to build sustainable & superior sales & profit growth based on the annual business plan. Ensure company products are widely available, positioned at the best and visible in the market-place with sustainable & profitable revenue growth. Develop sales plan and measurement processes to align with the annual business plan to grow profitability, market share and volume-revenue. Translate company-wide goal and direction into actionable strategy. Oversee and analyse operations in Thailand, identify areas of improvements, and implement the improvement actions. Maintain and build trusted relationships with local key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute business plans to improve company’s performance, both in sales & in profitability. Responsible for planning on short, middle, and long-term investment for Thailand and making sure that expected ROIs are met. Responsible for timely & accurate reports to the Mamee HQ in Malaysia. Job Requirements: Ready to take up sole contributor role. Minimum of 12 years of experience in FMCG industry, with at least 5 years of management role. Well versed in speaking and writing in English. Ability to build business by finding opportunities and working with local partners to increase sales. Independent with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues in the country. A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
