HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Director / Manager to lead and strengthen our people and organization capabilities. This role will work closely with senior management to translate business direction into effective people strategies, build a high-performance culture, and ensure that the organization has the right people, capabilities, and structure to support sustainable growth. Scope of Work Partner with senior management and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities. Lead and oversee all key HR functions, including Recruitment, HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organization Development. Develop workforce and recruitment strategies to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles at the right time. Strengthen recruitment and selection processes to attract, assess, and retain high-quality talent, particularly for key and critical positions. Lead Performance Management and ensuring alignment between organizational, functional, and individual performance. Develop leadership and employee capabilities through coaching, development plans, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Review and improve organization structure, roles and responsibilities, workforce planning, and people processes to support business growth and operational effectiveness. Build a strong employee experience throughout the employee journey, from onboarding and development to engagement, retention, and career growth. Coach and advise managers on people management, performance issues, employee relations, and organizational challenges. Develop HR policies, systems, and processes that are practical, scalable, and aligned with business requirements and applicable labor laws. Use HR data and people analytics to identify organizational gaps, workforce risks, and opportunities for improvement. Build a positive, collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture across the organization. Lead and develop the HR team to become a proactive and trusted business partner to management and employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. At least 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership or management role. Strong experience across multiple HR disciplines, particularly HR Strategy, Recruitment, Performance Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, and Employee Relations. Proven ability to work closely with senior management and business leaders and translate business needs into practical HR solutions. Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify organizational issues and implement practical improvements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively leading an HR team. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to balance business needs and people needs.
