Financial Controller Location: Bangkok Key Responsibilities Oversee overall Finance & Accounting operations, including month-end closing and financial reporting. Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and management reporting. Manage manufacturing costing, inventory, production variance and cost control. Oversee cash flow, working capital, tax and statutory compliance. Provide financial insights and business partnering to management. Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes. Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role. Strong background in manufacturing finance, costing and FP&A . Experience in food/FMCG or export-oriented manufacturing is preferred. Good knowledge of Thai accounting and tax. Strong English communication and ERP experience. CPA is an advantage.
