We specialize in the marketing and distribution of prescription medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and health supplements across the territory. Our sales force and service network extend to government clinics, the Hospital Authority, private hospitals, doctors’ clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, chain stores, supermarkets, and department stores. Job Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance Ensure all warehouse, secondary packaging and distribution operations comply with Hong Kong Department of Health requirements, relevant ordinances, and applicable GMP / GDP principles. Support preparation for and participation in external inspections by regulatory authorities. Quality Systems Management Implement, maintain and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS), including writing, reviewing and updating SOPs. Manage the CAPA system and ensure timely investigation, root-cause analysis and effective closure of deviations, non-conformances and change controls. Plan and conduct internal audits; ensure effective implementation of CAPA actions after audits. Conduct staff training on SOPs, GMP/GDP principles and regulatory updates. Maintain complete, accurate and readily retrievable QA documentation and records. Product Quality Oversight Review batch records and associated documentation to support product release. Assist to oversee secondary packaging activities to ensure accuracy, compliance and traceability. Handle product complaints, quality enquiries and adverse event reports. Coordinate environmental monitoring activities and review cleaning records. Utilize ERP system for daily QA operations, including inventory status control and documentation. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in any life sciences, pharmacy or related field. · 1–2 years of Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. · Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, PIC/S guidelines and Hong Kong regulatory requirements. · Hands-on experience with QMS, CAPA, product release and complaint handling. · Effective time management; strong communication skills; and attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with ERP systems. · Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
