About the role BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in located at Zone 6, Cantonese Road, Brgy. Del Rosario, Naga City. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's human resources initiatives and ensuring the efficient management of our workforce. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company. Key responsibilities Providing comprehensive HR support across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Coordinating and facilitating training and development programs for our employees Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges Serving as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns Participating in strategic HR initiatives to support the overall business objectives About you Minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field About us BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC. is a leading provider of secure logistics and cash management solutions.
