Operation Manager station in China

Requirements Ideal candidate should have had solid working experience in operation management. The candidate should be graduate in relevant discipline, plus 10 years or above relevant experience in Molding and Tooling manufacturing Industry. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production and monitoring daily operations of production, quality and engineering to ensure products delivery on time and good quality. Familiar with ISO quality management system. Excellent team leadership and personnel management ability. Familiar with labor laws and industry regulations. Supply chain and inventory management Responsible for cost control and cost savings in every stage of the company’s operations; and budgetary control. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must.
