The Role We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support our growing network of childcare centres across Australia. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract, engage, and retain high-quality educators and leaders. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our values and commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers) Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools and networking Partnering with Centre Managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies Supporting workforce planning and vacancy tracking Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting Assisting with onboarding coordination where required Contributing to recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives Essential Criteria We’re looking for someone with: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week - rotating shift of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm AEST Think You’re a Great Fit?
