Operations Coordinator (Air Freight) - Tsuen Wan (5-day work)

ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking for energetic Operation Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage the full set of air freight import and export documentation, including license applications and compliance with RA requirements Prepare and issue export MAWB document accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate shipment arrangements with relevant parties to ensure smooth logistics operations Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and basic data analysis Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Prior knowledge of Tradelink system is an advantage Working Hours: Five-day work week (Monday to Saturday) On-shift duty may be required One-hour meal break per shift Overtime and holiday duty may be required Requirements: HKCEE / HKDSE or above relevant experience in air freight forwarding is preferred Strong knowledge of RA regulations and compliance practices Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
