IT Support

Key Responsibilities · Provide end-user technical assistance for PC desktops and laptops across domestic subsidiaries and international entities. · Adapt support methods based on location: prioritize on-site visits for local operations while utilizing remote support tools for overseas subsidiaries as appropriate. · Manage the procurement, deployment, installation, and hardware upgrades of computer equipment in accordance with company specifications. · Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (primarily Windows), device drivers, essential software applications, and internal proprietary systems on On-premises and Private Cloud environments. · Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and system configurations for future reference. · Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that fall beyond the scope of junior-level support. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or system administration roles. · Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems; familiarity with Linux is advantageous. · Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking); Japanese language skills are highly desirable. · Possesses good interpersonal skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset capable of supporting users at various technical levels. · Willingness to undertake day trips as required; the company will provide shuttle/transportation services for travel. · Flexibility to work overtime when necessary to support urgent operational needs or critical system maintenance Welfare & Benefits Life and Accidental insurance Lunch allowance Language allowance (English and Japanese) Telecommunication allowance Transportation allowance Medical allowance and Group Health Insurance Provident Fund Training and Seminar budget Annual Bonus Annual company party and outing The company will only review resumes/CVs written in English .
