Position: Investment and Business Development Manager - Retail Expansion Recruiter: Ann 086-3784083 / sirinapa(at)mriww.co.th Job Descriptions Plan and analysis on the company’s existing investments and company expansion. Prepare investment proposals and perform feasibility study, in timely manner, for various investment opportunities including new projects and prepare proper working documentation Monitor and plan on existing investments’ performance Execute new investment transactions Lead efforts to evaluate new strategic investment opportunities including competitor analysis, market mapping, market comparable, and comprehensive business and technology due diligence Perform Business Intelligence exercise to conduct in-depth analysis on various areas as assigned by management to assist them in better decision making. Engage team management to evaluate, develop and refine investment strategy Maintain and update various financial projection. Coordinate with relevant parties in a transaction process Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with strong academic track record Minimum 5 years of related/adjacent work experience from large growth-oriented companies or financial service sector. Experience in Investment/ Finance/ Business Development of Planning background from large corporate, Financial Adviser or Investment Banking Strong in corporate finance, accounting, and financial modelling skills Excellence communication skill in English Attractive salary and generous fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
