Human Resources Assistant

The HR Assistant will manage complete day-to-day human resources operations, guiding employees smoothly through every stage of their tenure—from initial hiring to final departure. This position also functions as the accessible, first-line resource for all team inquiries and workplace matters. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Execute diverse sourcing strategies and cultivate hiring partnerships to build a steady influx of qualified candidates. Onboarding : Direct a welcoming, compliant orientation process that prepares new hires for immediate operational success. Employee Relations : Address staff issues confidentially and professionally, offering solutions that strictly uphold legal labor standards and fair procedures. Time & Attendance : Supervise timekeeping records with precision while analyzing attendance patterns to mitigate chronic punctuality issues. Culture & Engagement : Launch targeted engagement programs to foster a vibrant, collaborative workplace and boost company-wide morale. Offboarding : Administer the complete exit cycle, guaranteeing the swift return of company property and the immediate termination of digital credentials. Qualifications Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any other related courses. With at least 3 years of experience as a generalist, preferably in a service or hospitality industry. Has experience coordinating with Manpower agencies. Applicants from Manpower Agencies are a plus. Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Capable in multitasking and time management. Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong City on-site. Willing to be on a 6-day work week schedule. Who We Are?
