Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Painting & Lacquering Supervisor to lead the Lacquering, Varnishing, and Color Mixing team. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, process improvement, and team development within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve delivery targets. Control paint, varnish, spraying, and color mixing processes to meet quality standards. Monitor product quality and reduce defects , scrap, and rework. Oversee maintenance and readiness of painting equipment and spray booths. Train and develop operators to follow SOPs and best practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience in varnishing, lacquering, spray painting, or coating operations. Strong expertise in color matching, paint formulation, and viscosity adjustment. Experience in watchmaking, automotive, jewelry, electronics, or other precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Proven leadership experience in a production environment. Strong problem-solving and quality improvement skills. Basic English communication is an advantage.
