We are looking for a talented, self-motivated Account Manager / Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to the continued growth of our Airport Advertising business in Hong Kong and Macau . Our airport advertising platform leads the way in innovation, driven by a strong digital transformation and the adoption of cutting-edge AdTech solutions, including audience targeting and real-time bidding etc. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sector that is shaping the future of Out-of-Home & Digital Out-of-Home (OOH) and Programmatic DOOH advertising. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to meet aggressive sales targets across Hong Kong and Macau Airport Advertising platforms Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and on-boarding new advertisers Deliver exceptional account servicing and foster strong relationships with both local and international clients, media agencies, and trading desks to maximize revenue Present and promote our full suite of digital and data-driven advertising solutions to key decision-makers Collaborate with internal Project and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of standard and bespoke campaigns Support ad hoc and special sales projects as required Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in media sales, account management, or business development Prior experience in the advertising industry is highly preferred Familiarity with programmatic advertising and trading models is a strong advantage Proven B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments Track record of building and managing a healthy sales pipeline through active prospecting Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to deliver clear, persuasive sales pitches to senior stakeholders Target-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player Fluent in English and Cantonese Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) What We Offer: 5-day work week Attractive benefits package including medical and dental coverage Opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, innovative media environment If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, please send your full resume stating your current and expected salary, and availability to our Human Resources Department by clicking the “ Apply Now ” button below.
