Personal Trainer – Established Club, Members & Business Support

An established gym gives you members. The right support helps turn them into clients. Anytime Fitness Heidelberg is looking for a Personal Trainer ready to build a sustainable business inside an established club environment. You'll have the opportunity to meet members with different goals and levels of experience, demonstrate the value of professional coaching and develop a client base through great relationships and great results. But we don't expect you to know how to build the entire business yourself. You'll be supported with Structured onboarding and clear early priorities Regular 1:1 mentoring Member-engagement strategies Consultation and follow-up systems Sales, service and client-retention coaching Continued personal and professional development Your business. Backed by a team. You'll control your own Personal Training business, including your schedule and the direction you take it. Your role is to deliver exceptional coaching while actively establishing your presence inside the club. That means speaking with members, understanding what they're struggling with and helping the right people see how your coaching can help them. You will need Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them First Aid & CPR, or ability to obtain them Strong interpersonal skills Professionalism and reliability A willingness to learn and implement feedback No established client base is required.
