Job Responsibilities Learning & Development (L&D) Develop annual training plans aligned with business strategy and competency gaps Design and implement training programs (internal and external) Manage training budget and optimize cost effectiveness Evaluate training effectiveness Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization Talent Development & Succession Planning Identify high-potential employees and develop talent pipelines Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) Support succession planning for key positions Collaborate with management to ensure leadership continuity Competency & Performance Development Develop and maintain competency frameworks (core, functional) Align competency models with performance management systems Support performance appraisal process from a development perspective Organizational Development (OD) Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation Promote organizational culture aligned with company values Training Operations & Administration Manage training records and learning systems Coordinate training logistics and vendor management Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields 8 Years+ of experience in HR fields Good English communication skills Able to work at AIA East Gateway Building Bangna Welfare and Benefits Bonus twice a year in Jun and Dec Provident fund Medical benefits (employee and direct family members) Group insurance Mobile allowance Perfect time attendance allowance Outside working allowance Overseas business trip allowance Long service year rewards OT payment Annual leave Etc.
