My client is looking for 1 candidate for Developer Pyspak, Banking (HK28000-32000), 1 candidate for Junior SA. 1 candidate for AI Developer. (1) Requirement for Junior SA, airline (Max HK32000/month) Commercial client project is preferred • (React + Java Springboot) / (React + Node JS) • mongoDB • Technical Solution Design • with Team Lead • 2 years+ (2) Requirement for Developer - Pyspark, banking (Max HK32000/m) • 1-3 years’ experience in Python, including data structures, algorithms, and libraries for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas). • Good understanding of Apache Spark, its architecture, and components (RDDs, DataFrames, Datasets). • Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. • Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using PySpark. • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese. Ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage (3) Reguirement for AI Engineer, airline (HK26000/m) • Target Azure AI Stack specialists / LangChain specialists / Agentic AI engineers • Avoid candidates doing basic chatbot or simple AI use cases • Skip LLM fine-tuning profiles nor RAG experience • Building /Engineering AI systems AI & ML Development: Building and maintaining machine learning models for NLP and computer vision. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Expertise in designing and optimizing RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search or similar tools. Agentic AI Workflows : Implementing autonomous agents with multi-step reasoning and tool integration. Model Context Protocol (MCP): Understanding and prototyping interoperability concepts. Performance Optimization: A/B testing, tuning, and monitoring AI systems in production. Containerized Deployment: Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for orchestration.
