About the Role As a Senior/Healthcare Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of patients and equipment within Outram centres/hospital environment. Some Key Responsibilities Include: Perform portering services for patients to and from clinics/wards/department/external centres in a professional manner while ensuring their comfort and safety Deliver and collect medical/patient records, specimens, equipment’s, supplies, medications or any other patient/medical related items within Outram centres/hospital environment Efficiently operate the centre/hospital's e-portering system Handle telephone hotlines and incoming service requests Coordinate and assign tasks to portering staff Providing a friendly and professional service to patients, visitors and staffs Comply with quality service, safety and health requirements Build strong relationship and teamwork with stakeholders and to anticipate their needs Job Requirements Previous experience in a similar role in healthcare setting will be advantageous Basic reading and writing skills in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to work independently and as a team Basic IT knowledge is required to handle e-portering system and computer
