To support their expanding global operations, they are seeking a proactive, numbers-driven candidate to join their high-priority Trading Team . This is a stable post offering excellent work-life balance and a structured career environment. Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM . Guaranteed Income: 13th Month Salary (Double Pay) . Performance Rewards: Bonus (Normally 1 month or more). Competitive Salary: ~$18K – $20K Basic (depending on experience) + Full Allowance . Key Responsibilities: Costing & Pricing: Calculate detailed costs and prices to support and ensure profitable trading transactions. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate business terms and contracts with international partners and suppliers. Partner Relations: Maintain and foster strong relationships with global business partners and suppliers. Process Enhancement: Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within trading and procurement processes. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Requirements At least 3 years of solid experience in procurement, trade, or a related field is a plus Higher Diploma or above with JLPT N2 or above P roficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, and an innovative mindset Note on Position Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Supervisor role Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Junior role Team Placement: Candidates with strong experience in trading companies will be assigned to the Trading Team . Candidates with strong operational, logistics, or inventory management experience will be assigned to the Supply Chain Management Team . The remuneration package is commensurate with competency & experience.
