This high-impact leadership role combines auditing, risk management, factory governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure product innovation, trade secrets, molds, packaging, and proprietary processes remain fully protected from development through production. Client Details Our client is a globally recognised market leader in the toy and consumer products industry, with a diverse portfolio of category-leading brands and licensed products sold worldwide. The company operates a sophisticated international sourcing and manufacturing network throughout Asia and is committed to protecting innovation, safeguarding intellectual property, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. Description Lead the Quality Assurance with Intellectual Property focus program across Asia manufacturing operations. Protect product designs, tooling, packaging, prototypes, trade secrets, and confidential manufacturing processes from misuse or unauthorised disclosure. Conduct factory audits and risk assessments to identify IP vulnerabilities and strengthen security controls. Establish and maintain robust chain-of-custody, asset tracking, and IP governance processes. Ensure manufacturing partners comply with confidentiality, licensing, and security requirements. Investigate potential IP breaches and partner with global security, legal, and operational teams on corrective actions. Develop IP protection policies, audit frameworks, and training programs for internal teams and suppliers. Prepare audit findings, risk reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. Deliver training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to protect global brands and licensed products. Profile Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. At least 8 years experience in manufacturing audits, quality/compliance, supply chain risk, or IP protection within consumer products, toys, or related industries. Strong understanding of factory operations, supplier management, and manufacturing processes across Asia. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance initiatives across regional and global teams. Excellent auditing, analytical, investigation, and reporting skills.
