To cope with our expansion, we are inviting high caliber professional for the following position: Assistant General Manager – Business Development in Hong Kong and Southern China Region (RE0826/01) (Working location: Lai Chi Kok) Duties: Oversees sales activities in Hong Kong and Southern China Region; Develop and implement sales strategic plan to achieve sales target; Coordinate with related departments to generate new business; Execute analysis to ensure the company obtains timely market information; Lead the Sales teams to achieve company KPI; Maintain good relationships and effective communication with clients, overseas offices and agents. Requirements: Possess more than 10 years experience in freight forwarding business; and with at least 5 years at the senior managerial position; Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English (Optional: Spoken and written Japanese); Good analytical, planning and communication skills and aggressive attitude; Excellent leadership and management skills and know how teambuilding; Possess previous experience in managing sales team members and able to develop new business; Profession in writing the Action Plan and Sales Budget Plan; Occasional travel to PRC is required.
