We are partnering with a well-established organization in the technology and banking sector to hire multiple IT professionals across system development and business analysis functions. These roles offer the opportunity to work on large-scale application systems, digital platforms, and banking-related projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. (Senior) Systems Analyst / Analyst Programmer (Java) x 10 Contribute to application development and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for system development, testing and maintenance support of large scale projects. He/she will be involved in the following areas: To participate and supervise junior staff to perform front-end and back-end Java-based web application development Perform technical analysis and system design Perform Java programming, testing and application deployment Prepare system documentation and user manual All the proposed designated personnel must meet the following minimum requirements: - (a) A recognized degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent; (b) At least 3 years of solid post-undergraduate experience in IT application development of which 2 years must be in similar post and in a comparable capacity while proficiency in the following is a must: − Java EE − Spring Framework − Relational database (e.g. Oracle with PL/SQL) (c) Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; (d) Conversant with SDLC development methodology; and (f) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Business Analyst (Banking) (Fresh Graduate Welcome) Responsibilities: Perform business and user requirement analysis for Banking System related system enhancements Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented Formulate test plans, conduct UAT and regression test Provide strong support to business users Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems Participate in the production support for new product launch Requirements: Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines Experience in Banking are highly preferred Familiar with system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
