ABOUT US Skyview Remedial Pty Ltd is a leading Sydney-based remedial and construction company, delivering high-quality defect rectification, waterproofing, concrete repair and building remediation works across residential, strata and commercial sites throughout Greater Sydney and Wollongong areas. We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Leading Hand to help lead our crews on site. THE ROLE We're looking for a hands-on Leading Hand to supervise and coordinate small crews delivering remedial building works — including concrete spalling repairs, waterproofing, façade remediation and general building rectification. You'll be the on-site point of contact for our Project Manager and Site Manager, ensuring work is completed safely, on program, and to Skyview's quality standard. This is a leading-from-the-front role. We need someone with the right attitude — reliable, switched-on, and willing to get amongst it on the tools with the crew, not just supervise from a distance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES — Lead and supervise a small team of tradespeople and labourers on site each day — Get hands-on alongside the crew where needed — leading from the front, not just directing from the sidelines — Read and interpret scopes of work, drawings and specifications — Coordinate day-to-day site activities, materials and equipment — Carry out and oversee remedial trade work, including concrete spalling repairs, waterproofing membrane application, render and associated finishes — Ensure all works comply with WHS requirements and Skyview's safety procedures — Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients and building occupants/Owners Corporations — Maintain accurate site records, timesheets and daily reports — Support quality control, ensuring works meet manufacturer and warranty specifications ABOUT YOU — The right attitude above all — a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves, get hands-on, and put in a hard day's work alongside the team — Experience as a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor in remedial, waterproofing, concrete repair or general building/construction — Current White Card (Construction Induction) — Current and valid driver's licence — Solid understanding of WHS requirements on live/occupied sites (strata and commercial) — Reliable, well-presented, and confident working autonomously — Experience with concrete spalling repair, injection or waterproofing membrane systems (e.g. Sika, Fosroc, Hychem or similar) highly regarded WHAT WE OFFER — Full-time, permanent position with a growing Sydney remedial contractor — Competitive salary based on experience — Company vehicle and fuel card — Variety of projects across Greater Sydney and Wollongong — no two days the same — Supportive team environment with genuine career progression
