Officer – Sea Import

Responsibilities Handle full set of sea import documentation, including B/L, manifest and customs clearance arrangements Coordinate with customers, shipping lines and internal stakeholders to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery. Liaise with warehouse and trucking teams for cargo handling, storage and last-mile delivery Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on cargo movements and exceptions Respond to customer inquiries and communications from overseas offices in a professional and timely manner Ensure smooth daily operations of sea freight import shipments and maintain service quality standards Prepare operational reports and perform ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements HKDSE or Above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sea freight import operations Solid knowledge of sea import procedures, documentation and customs clearance in Hong Kong Detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing If you have the energy and qualifications to add to our velocity, Please visit KLN Company Webpage to apply or send your CV with your present and expected salary to Human Resources & Administration Department by clicking Quick Apply.
