Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounting records and finance functions. Preparation of monthly financial reporting Analyse and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast - Manage budgets and identify improvement opportunities Oversee cash flow planning and management to maintain organizational liquidity Technical accounting support to operating businesses Drive visibility and improvements based on the financial analysis Prepared, supervise and conduct annual external audit and statutory financial report. Deliver costing reports & any other work assigned by superior Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Streamline financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy Supporting on a variety of ad hoc projects as required Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc) Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA) Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity. Prior experience in FMCG, distributions or manufacturing sector strongly preferred. Fluent in English is mandatory due to business needs. Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns Having experience of financial software is a must
