Responsibilities: Provide operational and managerial support for the social enterprises Assist the team to oversee project implementation by developing project plans and collaborating with project partners Facilitate project evaluation and monitoring by collecting, organizing and preparing information and documentation Assist in the development of new projects from concept to implementation Support tender bidding exercises Requirements: Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines or above At least 5 years relevant working experiences in project and general administration Good analytical, problem-solving and reporting skill Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, independent and able to handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing Deadline: 31.08.2026 (All personal data of unsuccessful applicants will be retained in the Organization’s Human Resources database for a period of two years for future other suitable vacancies.
