Job Summary As a Senior Officer - Business Development, you will be pivotal in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with insurance partners, and nurturing relationship with insurance partners and stakeholders. (Less experience will be considered as Officer - Business Development) Job Responsibilities : Build and retain networking relationships with insurance sectors and business partners Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities Organize events and activities with insurance partners on a regular basis Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities Collaborate with the Case Management Team to achieve common goals Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements: DSE / Diploma / Bachelor's degree holder in healthcare-related or relevant subjects Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the medical or insurance industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing Immediate availability is highly preferred Please apply with full resume stating availability, current and expected salary.
