You’ll play a key role in: As a Site Foreman in our Sydney team, you’ll help keep site activities safe, organised and moving to plan.You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project teams to coordinate trades, manage site access, support safety requirements and ensure work is delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on site role where your organisation, communication and practical construction knowledge will help drive successful project delivery Key responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries, site logistics and supplier access Review subcontractor SWMS/SSOW before works commence Monitor works on site and support close out of corrective actions Organise defects rectification and support quality outcomes Maintain site diaries, progress updates and project documentation Update daily progress in SHAPE Project Delivery Systems, including Procore What you’ll bring: You’ll bring a practical, hands-on approach to site coordination, with strong communication skills and a genuine focus on safety, teamwork and getting the job done properly. You’ll be organised, proactive and confident working in a live construction environment. Including: A trade qualification or tertiary building qualification Current Construction Industry Card Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one Experience working in construction and fast-paced site environment Exposure to project methodology and day-to-day site delivery Strong understanding of EHSQ principles and safe work practices Basic understanding of most trades and building services Why SHAPE is a great place to work: We have the ambitious vision to be ‘the place where everyone wants to work’.
