Duties and Responsibilities: End to End Talent Acquisition 1. Receive, review and discuss approved Talent Requisition Form (TRF) from the requesting department. 2. Draft, post and approved Job Ads through online engines 3. Sort and shortlist resume that meet the qualifications 4. Conduct phone interview or initial screening 5. Endorsed qualified candidates to the hiring managers/departments; 6. Schedule candidates for online test 7. Conduct reference/background check for selected candidates 8. Send through email approved Job Offer to successful candidates 9. Instruct considered applicants to process the pre-employment requirements 10. Prepare and check Job Offer/Employee Movement Notification Form and Employment contract based on Approved Employee Movement Notification Form 11. Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements before onboarding 12. Ensure complete filling out of all forms (application and government) and compile new hire’s documents for submission to payroll for 201 file 13. Collect pre-employment requirements for 201 file 14. Endorse newly hired employees to IT Department for ID picture Administrative 1. Prepare and submit Manpower Report, from hiring to separation including ER cases 2. Prepare and submit Weekly Report (a report that covers Talent Acquisition, Separation, Employee Relation updates) to the Head Group 3. Monitor and distribute evaluation forms to immediate supervisor on a timely manner 4. Process employee movements through Employee Movement Notification Form and Promotion Recommendation Form Employee Relations 1. Encode and update the Report on Disciplinary Records for monitoring and filing if complete documents in the 201 file 2. Draft notice to Explain Memo and Notice of Disciplinary Action 3. Assist and coordinate in scheduling administrative hearing. DOLE-related correspondence/summons, etc. 4. Conduct exit interviews to resigning employees under the assigned Departments 5. Work and coordinate closely with other HR and Department Managers Service Provider Coordination 1. Coordinate with service providers regarding recruitment, deployment, onboarding, employee concerns, documentation, payroll-related coordination, and other HR requirements. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Education : BSBA in Human Resource Management/BS/ AB Psychology or any behavioral related courses Work Experience : Background in HR, specifically in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and administrative functions Experience : At least (5) five years Special Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Effective communication skills – written and verbal, strong service orientation with both internal and external clients, computer proficient Strong navigation skills in sourcing applicants; familiar in different recruitment portals, strong collaboration and coordination skills Pleasant and patient with applicants, accommodating to response to their inquiries, helpful and able to establish good rapport with them
