About the role Working closely with the Accounts Team Lead and Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day administration of the accounts function. Key responsibilities Accounts Payable invoice processing High-volume data entry and allocation of costs Invoice checking and statement reconciliations Assisting with credit card reconciliations Spreadsheet maintenance and reporting support Electronic filing and document control General administration support Assisting the wider team with operational tasks as required About you Has previous administration experience Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail Possesses strong data entry and Excel skills Is highly organised with excellent time management skills Communicates professionally and confidently Is reliable, proactive and enjoys being part of a team Accounts Payable experience (preferred) Experience with Xero (preferred) About us Founded by Simon Beirne in 2003, SBL Ltd is New Zealand's leading specialist vehicle importer.
