About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for a senior Building Surveyor or BCA Consultant to join a nationally recognised consultancy and lead its New South Wales operations. The business is seeking either a registered Building Surveyor for an Associate – NSW position or an experienced Building Surveyor/BCA Consultant ready to step into a Team Lead – NSW role. Working remotely, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial certification (50%) and BCA consulting (50%) , while leading technical delivery, mentoring staff and strengthening relationships across the NSW market What's on Offer Fully remote position with flexible working Diverse commercial certification and BCA consulting projects Lead the NSW technical team National consultancy with an excellent reputation Strong career progression into senior leadership Supportive and collaborative culture Key Responsibilities Deliver commercial certification and BCA consulting projects across NSW Review designs and documentation for compliance with the NCC and NSW legislation Issue statutory approvals and certifications (Associate role) Provide technical advice to clients and project teams Mentor Building Surveyors and technical staff Lead quality assurance and technical reviews Develop strong relationships with architects, developers, builders and councils Support business development and continued growth within NSW About You Associate – NSW Current NSW Building Surveyor registration Extensive commercial building surveying experience Strong knowledge of NSW legislation, the NCC and Australian Standards Demonstrated leadership and client management experience Team Lead – NSW Extensive commercial Building Surveying or BCA Consulting experience within NSW Strong understanding of NSW legislation and the NCC Leadership experience or aspirations to lead a team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills About the Company Our client is a national consultancy delivering specialist building certification, building surveying, BCA consulting and regulatory compliance services across Australia.
