Commercial Building Surveyor

THE ROLE Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Melbourne team. This role is open to both registered and non-registered surveyors , provided you have commercial project experience . You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects , including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments The role will involve: Conducting inspections, assessments, and certifications Reviewing plans and documentation for compliance Working across both office-based and on-site projects Managing your own workload with support from an experienced team Providing practical, compliant solutions across complex developments This is a great opportunity to join a modern consultancy and further develop your career in the commercial sector.
