Director - Building Surveying

The Role As Director – Building Surveying (WA) , you will oversee all aspects of our clients WA operations, from technical leadership and financial performance to strategy, team development, and client management. You’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.This is a key leadership appointment for an accomplished professional ready to take ownership of the WA operations , driving growth and team excellence Key Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the WA business unit, ensuring financial, operational, and cultural success. Manage and mentor senior and junior surveyors, engineers, and support staff. Drive business growth and profitability through client relationships and strategic expansion. Maintain compliance with the Building Code of Australia , Building Act , and state legislation . Provide high-level technical advice, project oversight, and quality assurance. Represent our client at an executive level, contributing to board and strategic planning. Lead business development initiatives and foster long-term client relationships. About You Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5+ years in senior building surveying or management role Unrestricted accreditation and relevant industry memberships (WA). Strong commercial acumen and proven record in financial performance and growth. Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
