Unrestricted Building Surveyor - Management

THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Unrestricted Building Surveyor to join the team. You will play a key role in leading, managing, and delivering a broad range of building surveying services while providing expert advice to clients, authorities, and project teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, enjoy genuine work–life balance, and be rewarded with one of the top salary packages in the market BENEFITS Salary package up to $250K + super (commensurate with experience) 9-day fortnight with genuine flexibility to work from home Exposure to a wide range of high-profile projects across Sydney Supportive and collaborative team culture Ongoing career development opportunities and industry-leading resources KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out statutory certification duties in line with legislation and regulatory requirements Lead and manage Class 2–9 projects across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments Provide expert technical advice to clients, contractors, and stakeholders Undertake inspections, audits, and assessments with accuracy and professionalism Contribute to business development and support junior team members through mentoring Maintain strong working relationships with councils, government authorities, and clients ABOUT YOU Unrestricted Building Surveyor accreditation (A1) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a building surveying role Strong knowledge of BCA/NCC and relevant Acts, regulations, and codes Proven ability to manage large-scale and complex projects Excellent client-facing and communication skills Leadership capability with a collaborative team approach THE COMPANY Our client is a leading building surveying consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality statutory and consulting services across Sydney and beyond.
