Commercial Building Surveyor

THE ROLE Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join the team in Sydney . You will work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects , including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments across Sydney. The role will involve: Conducting inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications Working both in the office and on-site Managing your own workload with support from a collaborative team Developing practical and compliant solutions across a variety of projects This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in the commercial space within a modern consultancy environment. ABOUT YOU Currently registered as a Building Surveyor in NSW (or working towards) 2+ years experience in building surveying or construction Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (NCC) and relevant legislation Ability to learn new systems and processes Strong attention to detail and communication skills A positive attitude with a team-focused approach TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management A valid driver’s licence THE COMPANY Our client is a modern, forward-thinking building certification consultancy , accredited with the NSW Government as a Building Certifier and Principal Certifying Authority .
