ITS Business Analyst/Project Manager (ISO 9001 ISO 27001)

Duties and Responsibilities The ITS Business Analyst & Project Manager is a hybrid role responsible for analyzing business requirements and managing the end-to-end delivery of ITS projects. This position ensures that technology solutions align with organizational objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings. • Support testing and validation of requirements. Project Management • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Manage resources and assign tasks across teams. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues. • Communicate project status to stakeholders and management. • Adherence to governance, project management methodologies, and compliance to IMS standards. Integrated Role • Act as a single point of contact between business stakeholders and development team. • Oversee solution design, development, and implementation. • Support the UAT and provide feedback on improvement. Supporttheprojectimplementationandprovidepost-implementationsupport. Core Competencies • Knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, project lifecycle management, scope, schedule, cost, and risk management. • Knowledge of BABOK, requirements elicitation, stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, MoSCoW prioritization, value stream mapping and process modeling. • Understanding of AGILE principles, Scrum framework, Lean project management, and iterative project delivery practices. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and enterprise delivery frameworks. • Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. • Ability to communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and project sponsors to ensure alignment and value realization Abilitytoidentify,assess,mitigate,and escalaterisks,andmanageorganizationalchangeeffectively.
